Delivery information.
UK mainland delivery
We aim to dispatch items ordered from the website within 1 – 2 working days.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service. Upon despatch, we will share the tracking number. If you require Special delivery or alternative courier service, please get in touch before ordering, and we will do our best to meet the delivery service you request.
The current standard rates for delivery are:
55 x 55cm bags £3.50
35 x 35cm bags £2.90
If your order is particularly heavy or oversized and dramatically exceeds the set rate of postage, Cas & Ant reserves the right to contact you regarding the delivery method and cost, and there may be a surcharge. We would avoid this where ever possible, but for particularly large or heavy items, we may need to cover the cost.
European delivery
Don't hesitate to contact us before placing an order if you have any queries or concerns about shipping. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours.
Items sold into the EU from England, Scotland and Wales are subject to new VAT rules and can be sold through EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS). We have not registered with the IOSS scheme, so as our customer, you will not have paid VAT at the point of purchase. Any charges are collected as usual on delivery to you, and VAT will be applicable on ALL items sold to the EU regardless of value.
We will complete the necessary customs forms. If the total value of your order is over £270, we need to state your name and address as the recipient.
Based on the Large Letter size and weight, the shipping costs (which are subject to change) are:
A small bag (35x35cm) to mainland Europe using the Royal Mail International Tracked Large Letter service (which typically arrives in 3-4 business days) costs £9.20.
A large bag (55x55cm) costs £9.80.
Exceeding a value of £50 adds £2.50 to shipping costs.
If ordering multiple items, the shipping costs will be higher.

Based on the Large Letter size and weight, the shipping costs (which are subject to change) are:
A small bag (35x35cm) using the Royal Mail International Tracked Large Letter service (which typically arrives in 5-7 business days) costs £11.55.
A large bag (55x55cm) costs £14.10.
Exceeding a value of £50 adds £2.50 to shipping costs.
If ordering multiple products, the shipping costs will be higher.
Any applicable import duty/tax charges are collected on delivery to you.
Collect in person
