Online shop purchases

Under the Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after ordering. 

If you wish to return an item, you will pay the cost of the return postage. Please get in touch with us to get a return form before returning an item at hello@cas-and-ant.co.uk. Return of an item must be within seven days of contacting us in its original packaging, securely wrapped, unused, and in perfect condition. Please obtain proof of postage. When we receive the returned item in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price less than the original postage cost. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your protection, we recommend sending the parcel using a delivery service which insures the value of the goods.

Exchanges

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same thing, contact hello@cas-and-ant.co.uk before returning and discuss your requirements.
